Chester County Farmhouse

Situated on 5 acres in Chester Springs, PA, this 200 year old farmhouse had fallen into disrepair. The renovation started with the removal of the exterior stucco, and repointing the existing Chester County fieldstone. The roof was removed, and the exterior walls were extended to create a third story. A three-story addition and new basement were added, creating new living and bedroom spaces with a panoramic view of the beautiful property. The “jewel box” of the addition included a roof deck that expanded the newly created third story.
